Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
  • Discover new opportunities while supporting existing product outcomes
  • Define, craft and evolve designs within visual systems and standards
  • Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and broader product teams
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around Meta product direction
  • Drive product vision while mentoring growing design community

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, UI, color, layout, iconography
  • Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking
  • Experience building and shipping applications at feature/product level
  • Experience representing work to broader product teams and stakeholders
  • Interaction design experience with prototyping tools
  • Proven leadership in non-product dimensions
  • Experience connecting work with cross-product initiatives
