Job description

The Wearables team in Meta's Reality Labs seeks an experienced Product Designer to shape the future of AI-powered wearable computing platforms. Leadership role focusing on the Meta AI app and device integrations within Product Foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform broad conceptual ideas into valuable user-centric solutions for Meta's 2B+ users
  • Influence product direction across large organizations
  • Lead design and optimization of wearable device integrations in Meta AI app
  • Champion AI-first approach to design
  • Mentor teammates through design reviews and feedback
  • Present work and vision to executive leadership
  • Deliver innovative, high-craft experiences that foster user trust

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years building and shipping applications at company-level scale
  • Experience in interaction and visual design
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product goals
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Mobile app design experience (iOS and Android)
  • Experience designing at hardware/software intersection, especially wearables
  • Familiarity with building demos and functional prototypes
