Job description

Product Designers at Meta shape innovative experiences for billions of users. This role involves leading design projects of large scope, transforming conceptual ideas into valuable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design flows that simplify complex actions

Evolve visual systems

Contribute to strategic product direction

Mentor team members

Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers from conception through launch

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

6+ years designing complex software products

Experience conducting research and driving design-led innovation

Expertise in advanced prototyping, 3D interactions using Unity, and novel user inputs (hand/eye tracking)

Track record designing for VR/AR/MR and emerging technologies

Experience designing for developers/creators with focus on scalability
