We curate nice design jobs by hand — every company on the board is one we genuinely think is worth paying attention to as a designer.
If there's a company doing interesting design work that we're not tracking yet, we'd love to hear about it. We review every suggestion, though we can't add everyone — the whole point is keeping the bar high.
What we look for

Design is visibly important to the company — not just a support function

The product has craft — you can tell designers had real influence

They're actively hiring designers or have open design roles
