Job description

Product designer leading and delivering design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope at Meta.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful, valuable products for 2B+ users
  • Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
  • Design new experiences that evolve and define visual systems
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around Meta product direction
  • Give and solicit feedback, mentor team members
  • Lead partnership with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years designing complex software products with focus on UX, interaction, and visual design
  • Experience conducting complex research studies driving design-led innovation
  • Leading end-to-end development with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques
  • Experience connecting work across company initiatives
  • Proven non-product leadership strengthening teams
