Job description

Manus — now part of Meta — is a general-purpose AI agent that bridges mind and action. This senior role involves leading design projects of large or ambiguous scope.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs and engineers

Drive cross-organization alignment with key stakeholders

Participate in every stage from ideation to launch-ready designs

Rapidly prototype conceptual ideas and design user flows informed by data analysis

Lead design projects of large or ambiguous scope

Evolve and define visual systems

Lead technical syncs with Mandarin-speaking teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

6+ years designing complex software products end-to-end

Experience conducting complex research studies and driving design-led innovation

Advanced prototyping expertise

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken/written) preferred

Deep understanding of Design Systems

Experience with Conversational AI or chatbot design

Motion design skills
