Job description

Product Designer at Meta building technologies that are valuable, easy to use, and of highest craft and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful, valuable products for 2B+ users
  • Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
  • Design new experiences that evolve and define visual systems
  • Contribute to strategic product direction
  • Give and solicit feedback to continually improve quality
  • Drive partnership with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists
  • Represent work clearly to broader product team and leaders

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years designing complex software products with focus on UX, interaction, and visual design
  • Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback
  • Experience developing and implementing design strategies for executive-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes
  • Experience connecting work across company initiatives
  • Non-product leadership strengthening teams
