Job description

Creative X is a global, integrated creative agency developing vision for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and hardware products. An advertising Art Director with expertise driving development of innovative, concept-driven digital ads for performance marketing campaigns targeting Meta's small and mid-size business audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and leads creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
  • Works with AI and GenAI tools for creative ideation and production
  • Leverages historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions
  • Provides constructive guidance to external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Leads regular creative reviews and presentations to internal stakeholders
  • Sets creative inputs across creative testing plans to optimize creative
  • Designs and develops visual concepts including typography, color palette, and imagery
  • Creates design assets such as graphics, icons, and illustrations

    • Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years work experience as Art Director in digital advertising and direct response marketing
  • Experience with AI and generative AI tools for creative ideation and production
  • Portfolio showcasing ideation, development and refinement of conceptual campaigns
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Understanding of B2B marketing landscape and Meta's advertising tools
  • Software proficiencies: Figma, Advanced GenAI tools, AI node-based workflow tools, Adobe Creative Suite

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years work experience in creative fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design
  • Motion design experience including GenAI, After Effects, Premiere
