Job description

Manus — now part of Meta — general-purpose AI agent that bridges mind and action. Playing a central role in building technologies that are valuable, easy to use, and of highest craft.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs and engineers
  • Drive cross-organization alignment with key stakeholders
  • Participate in every stage of product development from ideation to launch-ready designs
  • Rapidly prototype conceptual ideas and design user flows
  • Lead design projects of large or ambiguous scope
  • Turn broad concepts into useful, valuable products
  • Design flows that simplify complex actions
  • Evolve and define visual systems
  • Lead technical syncs with Mandarin-speaking teams

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years designing complex software products end-to-end
  • Experience building and shipping multiple broad-scope features across platforms
  • Interaction design expertise
  • Visual design proficiency
  • Strategic product thinking
  • Mandarin proficiency (spoken/written) preferred
  • Design Systems understanding
  • Conversational AI/chatbot design experience
  • Motion design skills
