Job description

Highly skilled and experienced Product Designer leading design for large-scale and/or highly ambiguous problem spaces, setting direction and driving outcomes key to product milestones. Operating with significant autonomy, aligning solutions across multiple teams.

Expected to treat AI as a core collaborator, redesigning workflows to leverage AI meaningfully, demonstrating measurable AI-driven impact, and scaling best practices across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ship large projects key to product milestones
  • Drive end-to-end design across multiple workstreams
  • Shape product direction applying broad product, business, and industry context
  • Influence and evolve design systems, patterns, and visual standards
  • Use AI as core collaborator to accelerate exploration, synthesis, prototyping, testing, and communication
  • Raise the bar through mentoring designers and XFN partners

    • Qualifications:

  • 8+ years designing and shipping software products
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design for large-scale ambiguous initiatives
  • Strong strategic product thinking and executive-ready communication
  • Proficiency with prototyping workflows and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows around AI
  • Experience building AI-native products
  • Experience evolving design systems across multiple teams/products
