Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid) - In office M, W, F

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Replit's global identity system (typography, color, motion, iconography)
  • Lead design for high-profile product launches, campaigns, events, and cultural activations
  • Create scalable systems and guidelines enabling company-wide brand expression
  • Collaborate with writers, strategists, and agency partners
  • Elevate design quality across touchpoints, advocating for craft and consistency
  • Explore new creative formats and cultural opportunities

    • Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years brand design experience at leading agencies, tech companies, or in-house teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating system-level design excellence and creative execution
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; motion design proficiency preferred
  • Strong command of typography, color, composition, and motion
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, product, engineering
  • Ability to drive work from concept through execution in fast-paced environments

  • Global brand identity system creation or scaling experience
  • Motion design, web/digital platforms, experiential activations exposure
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Interest in AI, creativity, and technology cultural narratives

    • Compensation

    $150,000 – $220,000 annually, plus equity
