Head of Experiential Creative at Anthropic

Location: San Francisco, CA / New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $385,000 – $460,000 + equity

Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Creative Studio seeks a Head of Experiential Creative to establish and manage event design and brand experiences. This building-phase position involves scaling the experiential creative function while maintaining hands-on involvement — from initial strategy through on-site execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand experiences end-to-end, emphasizing authentic representation of Anthropic's mission and products
  • Develop experiential creative strategy, team structure, and creative standards
  • Create frameworks for physical design and concept development
  • Build and mentor a creative team while establishing high craft standards
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors on experiential programs
  • Partner across marketing, product, sales, and leadership
  • Cultivate partnerships that produce meaningful, elevated brand experiences

    • Qualifications

  • 12+ years building and leading experiential creative programs
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand partnerships, activations, and trade show design
  • Experience establishing functions or teams from inception
  • Deep AI knowledge for authentic concept development
  • Significant creative team leadership and mentoring experience
  • Comfort operating at all levels — from executive pitching to hands-on installation
