Presentation Design Lead at Anthropic

Location: San Francisco, CA / New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $305,000 – $385,000 + equity

Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Creative Studio manages brand expression across Anthropic and Claude. This leadership position oversees presentation design company-wide — visual storytelling for external and internal audiences. Work alongside executives in fast-paced, high-stakes settings where ideas are communicated through stage and screen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead presentation design across the organization — keynotes, events, product launches, executive communications
  • Direct and design presentations featuring products and concepts, including demo environments and motion sequences
  • Collaborate on content strategy and brand narratives through visual design
  • Work directly with executives under tight deadlines with changing requirements
  • Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and presentation guidelines
  • Hire, manage designers and contractors, and partner with external agencies

    • Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading presentation design with portfolio of keynote and executive work
  • Proficiency in art directing motion design with high visual storytelling standards
  • Direct C-level experience translating executive ideas into polished presentations
  • Comfort thriving under fast-changing conditions and high-pressure timelines
  • Experience bringing products to life in keynotes through live demos and motion scenarios
  • Track record managing and mentoring design teams
