About This Role

Writer seeks a product designer with visual design expertise to help "define the future of enterprise AI." This role offers the opportunity to establish design excellence while shaping product vision. It's positioned for proactive designers ready to "bring consumer level craft to the enterprise."

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, reporting to the Director of Product Design in London, with required PST time zone overlap.

Who You Are

  • Visually-focused designer with "exceptional taste, a keen eye for aesthetics, details, and pixel perfection"
  • Strong interaction designer with attention to micro-interactions and transitions
  • Iterates quickly using user research and data to guide designs to engineering-ready specs
  • Comfortable with complex desktop experiences and design system evolution
  • Thrives in ambiguity as a fast learner navigating uncharted AI product territory
  • Collaborative across cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted, shipped experiences
  • Bonus: Can code designs to life using tools like Cursor
  • What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end design for core features from exploration through launch and iteration
  • Prototype and test solutions at varying fidelities to validate direction
  • Contribute to product vision with cross-functional leaders
  • Gather customer and internal feedback for continuous improvement
  • Help level up design quality and culture as the team grows
  • You Have

  • 4+ years as a UX/UI or product designer with shipped products
  • Technical or B2B SaaS experience (AI/ML product experience is a bonus)
  • Portfolio showcasing design process, craft, and shipped experiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and proactive communication across timezones

    **$157,700 – $250,000** base salary (SF & NYC tier) with equity offered.
