What You Will Do

1. Own Website Experience Design:

  • Design intuitive, elegant, high-performing web interfaces
  • Elevate PDP, checkout, and onboarding UX
  • Translate complex AI features into clear visual flows
  • Ensure consistency across global markets

    • 2. Design for Growth & Conversion:

  • Collaborate with Website PM on A/B testing experiments
  • Improve conversion rate and membership attach rate
  • Optimize mobile-first experience

    • 3. Build & Maintain Design Systems:

  • Contribute to scalable web design system
  • Ensure alignment with global Brand VI
  • Standardize components for speed and consistency

    • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Brand, Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

  • 3-8 years of web UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio of high-end AI / SaaS websites
  • Deep understanding of conversion-focused UX
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
