About the Role

The company is seeking a scrappy and high-output Product Manager to lead key initiatives in identity, authentication, and growth infrastructure. This role shapes how developers and teams interact with Vercel across account models, RBAC, third-party integrations, and sign-in flows.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a hands-on mindset, analytical thinking, and a strong product sense.

In-office anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) are required for candidates within commuting distance of SF, NY, London, or Berlin offices. Candidates beyond that distance work fully remote.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Identity & Access roadmap: Drive authentication, authorization, organization modeling, and secure access controls
  • Optimize the account experience: Iterate on signup, login, and onboarding flows through data-driven experimentation
  • Scale access for enterprises: Design features enabling complex org structures via RBAC, SSO, SCIM
  • Drive integrations: Ensure seamless interoperability with key platforms and marketplaces
  • Set Vercel standards: Shape account and access patterns native to developers
  • Turn feedback into action: Translate data, research, and customer conversations into product requirements
  • About You

  • Proven ability to get things done with speed and focus - able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking for navigating tradeoffs
  • Collaboration-first mindset with Engineers, Designers, and Executives
  • Deep experience with authentication, authorization, identity, and security-focused product areas
  • Understanding of organizational modeling and role-based access systems
  • B2B SaaS or cloud product experience, especially in fast-growing AI-native companies
  • Power user of AI tools with knowledge of AI and developer tooling evolution

    San Francisco base pay range: $168,000-$252,000

    Actual salary based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation may include benefits, equity, and variable pay eligibility depending on the role.
