What You Will Do

  • Lead qualitative research strategy aligned to product and commercial priorities.
  • Establish and enforce research standards, frameworks, and synthesis discipline across regions.
  • Mentor and develop regional researchers (JP & EU).
  • Partner with Analytics to integrate qualitative insights into closed-loop validation.
  • Deliver executive-ready research insights that influence decision-making.

    • Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

  • 7+ years of experience in User Research in SaaS, AI, or product-led tech companies.
  • Proven people management or team leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in discovery research, usability testing, and concept validation.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous product environments.
