About the Role
Spotify seeks a Content Designer for the Personalization Design team, which develops experiences like Discover Weekly, AI DJ, and Prompted Playlist. The role focuses on language, systems, and intelligence, helping users express intent, understand recommendations, and collaborate with Spotify through words.
The position emphasizes designing clear, human, and expressive content across AI-driven features, with an emphasis on prompts, conversational flows, feedback, and system language.

Compensation & Benefits
