About Us

Accord is a high-growth Series A startup founded by leaders from Stripe, LinkedIn, and Google. The mission centers on helping revenue leaders drive execution excellence by enforcing standards for how they sell, onboard, and expand with customers. Clients include Hootsuite, Xactly, and Greenway Health. The company maintains offices in Toronto and San Francisco with over three years of runway.

The Role

The position seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts, owning the design system and elevating craft across the product. Responsibilities include working with product, engineering, and GTM teams to shape the roadmap and deliver features for fast-growing companies. This is a hybrid San Francisco role requiring three days per week in-office near the Montgomery stop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives from research through delivery
  • Design complex systems including multi-user workflows, permissions, and integrations while maintaining simplicity
  • Lead user research and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Own and evolve the design system and visual language
  • Champion UX across the company, balancing craft with business impact
  • Collaborate closely on roadmap and vision

    • Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years designing SaaS or workflow products (B2B, data-rich, or enterprise tools preferred)
  • High standards for craft and usability with consistent focus on exceptional experiences
  • Startup experience required; ability to move fast without cutting corners
  • Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
  • Proven design system development and scaling across multiple surfaces
  • Comfort thriving in ambiguity while creating clarity and momentum
  • Interest in how AI supplements human creativity
  • Bonus: sales tech, CRM, workflow tools, or AI-powered design experience
