We're looking for an exceptional Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our crypto experiences. Crypto is one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, offering endless opportunities for innovation and creativity. As a designer in this field, you'll tackle complex challenges—like simplifying decentralized systems, building trust in a new financial paradigm, and making crypto truly accessible to all.
This is your chance to work with finance and technology, crafting products that empower people to interact with and understand crypto in intuitive, meaningful ways. You'll be designing solutions that break down barriers, foster financial inclusion, and redefine how people engage with our product, all while collaborating with a forward-thinking team passionate about transforming this space.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Bellevue, WA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $191,000 - $225,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $168,000 - $198,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $150,000 - $176,000 USD
