Job description

Wolfia (YC S22, Khosla Ventures) seeks a Product Designer to own end-to-end design of their AI platform. The company automates enterprise workflows by answering security questionnaires through AI, connecting to knowledge sources like Google Drive, Confluence, and Slack.

Core Responsibilities:

Own product design from research through polished UI

Design interfaces for AI-powered workflows emphasizing simplicity and trustworthiness

Collaborate with engineering for rapid iteration based on customer feedback

Conduct user research and usability testing with enterprise clients

Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization

Required Qualifications:

Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS or enterprise design

Advanced Figma proficiency including component libraries and prototyping

Experience with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces

Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles

Excellent communication with engineers and stakeholders

Ownership mindset suited to fast-paced startup environments

Bonus Qualifications:

AI product design experience (LLMs, chatbots, agents)

Frontend familiarity (HTML/CSS, React, Tailwind)

Design systems at scale experience

Early-stage startup background
