# Senior Creative Producer @ Phantom

Position Overview

Phantom is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, and major brand moments in 2026. This is a hands-on role for someone balancing creativity with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, cultural drops, and major brand moments
  • Build timelines, scopes, budgets, and production plans across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
  • Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing
  • Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery
  • Ensure work meets Phantom's craft standards and maintains brand consistency
  • Build repeatable systems for reviews, approvals, and resourcing
  • Spot risks early, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum
  • Support brand refresh and identity rollout across surfaces
  • Help shape how the brand creative organization scales

    • Required Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years producing multi-channel creative work
  • Proven track record shipping campaigns across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
  • Strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Growth, and Product Marketing teams
  • Excellent timeline, scope, budget, and vendor management
  • High craft standards and strong attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Clear communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience running agencies, creators, freelancers, and production studios

    • Compensation & Benefits

    **Salary:** $172,550 to $203,000 base (plus equity and benefits)
