About the Role
In this role, you'll join our growing Brand Studio and play a central part in shaping how Persona shows up across the company. You'll support creative work across teams while pushing our distinctive, much-loved brand into its next chapter. Across event experiences and campaigns, to motion projects and collateral, you'll work across the full lifecycle of projects—from early ideas through production, partnering closely within the team and across the organization to bring thoughtful, high-quality work to life.
You'll lead and manage projects of varying scope and complexity, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the work is both on-brand and well-executed.
With a rebrand now underway, this is a rare opportunity to influence our visual system and create real impact on the future of Persona's brand.

Compensation & Equity
This salary range is the estimated base salary range. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000/year
