Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional and experienced Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products to drive the future of our enterprise products, helping employers, researchers, and clinicians engage and support their members in understanding their health and improving outcomes at scale. These products and features span web and mobile surfaces, delivering insights and tools for enterprise users, while seamlessly connecting across Oura's ecosystem of products and the mobile app experiences used by Oura members. This work calls for a designer who thrives in ambiguity and technical complexity, cares deeply about craft, and is excited to shape the future of population health.

This is a hybrid-remote role, with the expectation to work from our San Francisco offices at least half-time.

Salary Range:

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
