Product Designer, Codex at OpenAI
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid — 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 + equity

About the Team
OpenAI's Codex team builds AI software engineers, changing how software gets built and who can build it. Design is critical for making coding agents intuitive and accessible.
About the Role
Collaborate with a small design team and cross-functional partners on end-to-end feature design. The work is primarily 0-to-1, balancing high-bar craft, fast iteration, and strong product intuition.
