Product Manager, Enterprise
Enterprise product management at Notion focuses on scaling collaboration tools for large organizations. While Notion's growth is impressive, enterprise PM roles often get bogged down in security requirements, compliance, and feature parity rather than innovative product development.
Job description
# Product Manager, Enterprise @ Notion
About Us
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
About the Role
As the Enterprise Product Manager at Notion, you will define how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You'll be responsible for making Notion a seamless, secure, and powerful tool for businesses—driving improvements in onboarding content, permissions, integrations, and overall ease of adoption. Your work will empower companies to confidently integrate Notion into their workflows and maximize its value across teams.
Notion is re-defining what Enterprise-grade means in an agentic world, this means instead of predictable release cycles, you'll support rapid product development with controlled deployments. This means, instead of deterministic software, you'll help Enterprises unleash the power from the latest models. This means instead of defining RBAC for people, you'll be at the bleeding edge of defining how agent permissions scale alongside typical identity approaches.
