Job description
Closure is hiring a Founding Product Designer to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to drive product experience across their rapidly growing user base. This is a true builder role requiring depth in both UXR/D, with direct contact with users. The role involves first-principles thinking about ideal user experiences paired with execution. The designer will work on improving public safety and protecting the innocent through their design work.
Desired qualities include: mission-driven mindset focused on public safety, owner mentality, customer obsession, comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments, high execution ability, and low-ego/high-standards approach.
Compensation: $125k-$185k salary with meaningful founding-level equity and performance bonuses. Benefits include 3% 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, health/dental, disability and life insurance.
