Job description

Senior Product Design Manager

Lead a high-performing design team shaping experiences for millions of learners. Reports to Head of Design for Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a diverse design team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to advance team members' careers
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy and roadmaps
  • Maintain high standards for design craft across visual design, interactions, and animation
  • Use data and experimentation to inform decisions
  • Work with executives including the CEO on product development

    • Required: 8+ years in product design with people management. Data-informed design approach.

    Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
