**Location:** Tel Aviv, Israel

Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of generative AI, node-based workflow editing, and creative tools. You'll work with the founding team on critical initiatives including the workflow editor, team collaboration features, and Figma integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
  • Help deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements
  • Be a mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to peers
  • Potential Projects

  • Weave's workflow editor: Design node-based editor building blocks
  • Editing tools: Next-generation tools for AI-powered designs and videos
  • Figma<>Weave integration: Plan integration between platforms
  • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a product designer
  • 3+ years on software products with similar scale/complexity
  • Experience with node-based design tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and visual craft
  • Understanding of user-centered design and product strategy
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • HTML/CSS, Origami, or advanced Figma features experience
  • Experience designing for developers
  • Design/development hybrid background
  • Canvas-based interface or creative workflow tool experience
