About the Role

The Creative Studio serves as Anthropic's in-house creative team responsible for brand expression across Anthropic and Claude. The team prioritizes craft and intentional use of AI where appropriate.

You'll join the Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. This role involves shipping high-quality experiences across anthropic.com and claude.com—from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling. You'll translate design intent into production-ready code, with rapid prototyping as a core practice.

Responsibilities

  • Own implementation of design system components and page templates, focusing on interactive pages, data visualizations, and tools
  • Work within headless CMS architecture, maintaining content modeling and publishing workflows
  • Collaborate closely with designers to bridge design and interactive web experiences
  • Contribute to internal tools for content authoring and publishing at scale
  • Participate in migrations and site architecture projects with defined scopes
  • Move quickly from concept to working prototype through iterative collaboration
  • Support tooling improvements and contribute to documentation

    • You May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling
  • Understand CSS deeply for implementing complex layouts, animations, and interactions
  • Have hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and content workflows
  • Have built internal tools or workflow improvements
  • Prototype quickly and iterate confidently
  • Communicate clearly with designers and engineers
  • Have track records contributing to production web properties at mid-level scope

    • Strong Candidates May Also Have:

  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
  • Interest in generative or programmatic design
  • Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Annual Salary: $190,000 - $260,000 USD

    Anthropic offers competitive compensation, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and office space collaboration.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

    Location Policy: Staff expected in office at least 25% of the time; some roles require more
