Lead Product Designer (UX/UI) at Fyxer

Location: London, UK (Office-based)

Salary: £100,000 – £170,000 + £100,000 – £170,000 equity

Type: Full-time

About the Role

Recently partnered with Red Antler for visual identity redesign. Seeking a senior designer to implement this vision across the product ecosystem while working alongside one other designer and directly with founder leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Apply brand identity to sophisticated product flows, maintaining premium and trustworthy interactions
  • Conduct independent user research, identify friction points, and prototype solutions
  • Partner with engineers (no product managers); bridge user needs and technical implementation
  • Ensure consistent, intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms

    • Core Product Areas

  • The Notetaker: real-time interface generating live transcripts and insights
  • Customizable Drafts: AI-powered personalized response generation
  • Ecosystem Design: seamless web and mobile web journeys

    • Requirements

  • 6+ years in high-growth startup environments (Series A–D, 20–120 employees)
  • Strong user research capabilities and evidence-driven design
  • Proficiency with Figma, ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide
  • Design system expertise with ability to evolve existing systems at scale
  • High execution velocity
