# Senior Director of Creative

**Location:** Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY

About the Role

As Head of Creative, you will lead the Robinhood Creative Team and set the creative vision across Brand and Marketing while influencing product experience. This senior leadership position requires strategic thinking, exceptional taste, and team scaling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and evolve creative vision, brand voice, and creative strategy
  • Lead and develop a high-performing creative organization including directors, designers, and writers
  • Elevate the quality bar across all creative output, pushing boundaries while maintaining consistency
  • Foster collaboration across Brand and Marketing functions
  • Partner with executives to translate company vision into brand experiences
  • Define Robinhood's brand story across channels and customer touchpoints
  • Lead creative efforts for campaigns, product launches, and major moments
  • Build a scalable creative infrastructure through modern operational processes and tools
  • Oversee external creative agencies and partners

    • Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in the creative field, including experience as a Creative Director
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaign execution
  • Proven ability to set creative vision and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional craft across creative, copy, and visual design
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Strong communication and articulation skills
  • Experience working with both in-house teams and external agencies

    • Compensation & Benefits

    **Base Pay Range (Zone 1 - Menlo Park/New York):** $255,000 - $300,000 USD

    Includes bonus opportunities, equity, and comprehensive benefits including 100% paid health insurance, lifestyle wallet, paid time off, and parental leave.

    **Office Requirement:** In-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week
