Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web/mobile interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on user needs
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Iterate designs based on team and user feedback
- Develop design systems and UI/UX guidelines
- Use Figma and design software for visuals and assets
- Contribute brainstorming ideas for user experience enhancement
- Perform competitive analysis and track design trends
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Product/Interaction/Graphic Design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail with creative mindset
- Design portfolio demonstrating work samples
Preferred Skills:
- HTML/CSS and front-end development knowledge
- Motion design or prototyping tools experience
- Agile methodology familiarity
