Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web/mobile interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on user needs
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Iterate designs based on team and user feedback
• Develop design systems and UI/UX guidelines
• Use Figma and design software for visuals and assets
• Contribute brainstorming ideas for user experience enhancement
• Perform competitive analysis and track design trends

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Product/Interaction/Graphic Design
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with creative mindset
• Design portfolio demonstrating work samples

Preferred Skills:

• HTML/CSS and front-end development knowledge
• Motion design or prototyping tools experience
• Agile methodology familiarity
