Role Description

As an early designer at Tennr, leverage design expertise on a product reducing patient delays across U.S. Healthcare. The company seeks a Senior Product Designer passionate about complex healthcare challenges. You'll report directly to a co-founder, helping shape roadmap and problem selection.

Responsibilities

  • Take full design ownership across multiple project streams
  • Lead entire product design process from research through post-release analysis
  • Collaborate on product roadmap prioritization and strategy
  • Conduct user interviews and validate ideas with customers
  • Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and manage development handoff
  • Contribute to Design System improvements
  • Support ongoing design and development process enhancements

    • Qualifications

  • Excel at breaking down ambiguous, complex problems into actionable projects
  • Communicate ideas effectively from abstraction to pixel-level detail
  • Demonstrate passion for visual precision and iterative quality
  • Self-organized with cross-functional stakeholder confidence
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments with scope management skills
  • 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in startups or high-growth settings
