  • Leverage design tool landscape knowledge to create best-in-class experiences rivaling competitors while maintaining Miro's ease of use
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on complex technical challenges regarding AI quality, discoverability, and canvas-to-focus-mode transitions
  • Set design excellence standards, mentor designers, and contribute to design systems evolution
  • What You'll Need

  • 10+ years product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
  • 2-3 years operating at Staff/Principal level with proven complex initiative ownership
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear, user-focused products and strategies. Demonstrating both the impact on user experience and business goals.
  • Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling with demonstrated leadership

  • Deep UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with design value articulation abilities
  • A proactive and flexible approach, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Design tools, editors, or creative software experience (noted as major plus)
  • What's in It for You
