Job description
Product designer leading and delivering design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope at Meta.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful, valuable products for 2B+ users
- Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
- Design new experiences that evolve and define visual systems
- Contribute to strategic decisions around Meta product direction
- Give and solicit feedback, mentor team members
- Lead partnership with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years designing complex software products with focus on UX, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting complex research studies driving design-led innovation
- Leading end-to-end development with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques
- Experience connecting work across company initiatives
- Proven non-product leadership strengthening teams
