Responsibilities:
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful, valuable products for 2B+ users
- Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
- Design new experiences that evolve and define visual systems
- Contribute to strategic product direction
- Give and solicit feedback to continually improve quality
- Drive partnership with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists
- Represent work clearly to broader product team and leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years designing complex software products with focus on UX, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback
- Experience developing and implementing design strategies for executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience connecting work across company initiatives
- Non-product leadership strengthening teams
