# Product Designer, Growth & Monetization

Location: San Francisco, CA | New York, NY | United States

Role Overview

Figma seeks experienced product designers for the Growth & Monetization team, focusing on onboarding, account management, admin tooling, billing, and beyond. This position involves shaping experiences that fuel Figma's growth across user discovery and organizational account management.

The role requires a systems thinker and skilled visual designer who can move fluidly between strategy, storytelling, and execution. Note: This opportunity applies to openings of varying seniority levels across our Monetization and Growth teams.

Type: Full-time, US-based (hub or remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product strategy and direction decisions
  • Develop clear storytelling around product needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and research teams
  • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design and ship product improvements
  • Participate in design critiques and mentor peers
  • Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing UX/UI for comparable software products
  • Strong visual craft skills (composition, typography, layout)
  • Interaction design and prototyping fluency
  • Track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch
  • Structured thinking and user-centered research abilities
  • Experience designing for multiple user types or product tiers
  • Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, or using data to inform design decisions
  • Preferred Experience

  • Growth, monetization, or enterprise design background
  • Generative mindset and excitement for uncovering new opportunities
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Salary Range: $169,000 - $303,000 USD annually (San Francisco/New York hub positions)

    Remote positions adjusted 80-100% based on location.
