Senior Product Designer

Location: San Francisco (Jackson Square office)

Type: Full-time, onsite (5 days/week)

What You'll Do

  • Build consumer-focused experiences requiring meticulous attention to user journeys
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for digital mind interactions—conversation flows, content uploads, onboarding, configuration interfaces
  • Build design systems and interaction patterns scaling across web and mobile
  • Prototype rapidly in Figma and React to validate ideas and ship designs to production
  • Map complex user journeys while understanding state, context, and edge cases
  • Own interaction timing, loading states, error handling, and micro-moments
  • Translate technical constraints into elegant user experiences
  • Define what to build based on user insights, feasibility, and business impact

    • Who You Are

  • Systems thinker with 4+ years designing digital products; strong design systems expertise
  • Product-minded: understand how things work, user psychology, technical constraints, information architecture
  • Consumer experience savvy: incentives, game mechanics, virality, retention loops
  • Technically fluent: comfortable with modern frameworks; can prototype in code
  • Craft-driven pragmatist: attention to interaction design and polish; smart shipping decisions
  • Builder mentality: rapid prototyping, assumption testing, iteration comfort
  • Clear communicator: articulate design reasoning; thoughtful pushback; cross-functional alignment
