# Visual Designer (Email + Ads) – Contract

**Location:** New York City (On-site preferred)

**Compensation:** $25/hr

About the role

Atoms is looking for a thoughtful, hands-on Visual Designer to help design email campaigns and digital ads that bring our brand to life. You'll work closely with our creative and growth teams to turn ideas into visuals that feel simple, timeless, and human.

What You'll Do

  • Design email campaigns in Figma that reflect Atoms' clean and intentional aesthetic.
  • Create high-performing ads for Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and videographers to build cohesive campaign visuals.
  • Prepare and organize creative assets ahead of launches.
  • Learn from performance data and iterate quickly.

  • A strong design eye and portfolio that shows clarity, balance, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital ad formats.
  • A proactive mindset — you see what's missing and build it.
  • Excitement for working in a fast-moving startup where details matter.
